WA EDUCATION CONFERENCE PICS AVAILABLE!: After a very successful and well organised N.U.S
Education Conference at Curtin Uni WA, All Students have either returned, or moved to other important 
conferences being held during the Uni break. Congratulations CURTIN students guild on a extremely
well run and informative Conference!
On a side note: All Uni students favourite super hero, brendan "reforms" nelson was also hunted
down and stopped in his tracks during his unveiling of  a new building at one of WA’s unis, ECU.

V.S.U. it's the biggest issue to hit students in the last 6 years. Howard is attempting
to dis-enfranchise the student voice by dismantling the student organizations that
represent the students. THE UNIONS. 
V.S.U, hidden under the agenda of “free choice” will lead to nothing more than a weakened
student lobby, and a non influential student voice. The destruction of this student voice will
lead inevitably to drastic funding changes in Uni’s, the reason is that, without Student unions
Howard will have no Student Representatives to argue against his reforms. Howard says V.S.U
stands for "voluntary student unionism." 
V.S.U really stands for VERY SHIT UNIVERSITIES!

Iraq
RCU will kick of this website update with a "work in progress" article
on the war on Iraq. within this article we will attempt to outline,
with evidence and proof why the war on Iraq, was not only Illegal but
illegitimate, along with other issues that have arisen. We will attempt
to avoid empty rhetoric and clearly and logically break down the issues

Venezuela
We will also be focusing on providing counter information to the imminent
political attack on Venezuela, and attempting to rationalize and breakdown
the US propaganda that will inevitably be coming in the next few months
from the white house. 
Background information on Venezuela.
Venezuela for many years now has been a cheap outpost of oil for the USA.
Ruled by a corrupt right wing government for years, the people of Venezuela
have been living in poverty. A few years ago a popular revolution swept
through Venezuela, the poor began taking control of private assets and
distributing wealth throughout the 80% poor population. Many initiatives
have been installed by Hugo Chavez, and achievements have been made with
the current people's party that were never achieved before in the history
of this influential South American country.
